February 16 - 24 - Rodeo TDLC just completed another year manning the refreshment stands at "La Fiesta de los Vaqueros". After a shaky start on opening day, the weather cooperated nicely with mid-70's temperatures and 80 plus degrees on the final day. With the help of family, friends, and volunteers from other Lions Clubs, we were able to keep all of our locations open, although some were short-handed some of the time. It takes approximately 40 to 50 volunteers each day for 6 days to staff this projuct. Fun was generally had by all and the club's major fund raiser is over for another year.
November 28, 2007 - A joint meeting with TDLC, the SAAVI Branch Club, and the TDLC Lioness Club was held at the

two into the SAAVI Branch Club. The TDLC new members are Bettie Smith, Rusty Rollins, Nathan Friend, Kuddusi Ramazanoglu, and Erik Johnson.
The two new branch members are Melanie Kondziolka and Amy Murillo-Hicks. A twenty year chevron was awarded to 1st VP Kerry Johnson and a sixty
year pin to Lion Ney Eldred. The President's Retention Campaign banner patch was awarded to the club for positive retention for the 2006/2007
